NEON Fashion from DependGelLack

Hi again!

My vacations are over, but since I'm having one last getaway to the seaside, my nails are still stuck in the summer. My Summer'14 favourite is deffinitely Depend GelLack in color Neon fashion.
I'll show you how I did my neon nails in combination with silver glitter, so your nails will still be in the summer mood:)

A thick layer of base coat is just a beggining.(my finger are blue, because of the nailpolish from day before)
Do a first coat of Neon fashion on four fingernails and put the fingers under the UV light.
Second coat for brigher and shinier color.
A thick layer of top coat is neccessary for you nail design to last a little bit longer.
Do the same with the nail on the thumb.

Clean all the nails with nail polish remover/alcohol/ before&after cleanser from Depend.
Peel off the gellack on the ring finger.

Apply glitter on the nail. Maybe you should do a double coat for more glitters on the nail.
After applying the top coat, the nail design is finished. The nails are shiny. Warning-if you spend a lot of time on the sun, the color of the neon fashion might change into a pink color.

Blue Polka Dots

Hi everybody!
My holidays are slowly coming to the end, so I really need to relax last few days. And what's a better way to relax if not with polishing the nails.
On next few pictures you'll see a quick, but cute nail design.

Firstly I've painted my fingernails in following colors: Essie Mint Cnady Apple, Catrtice Snow Motion, OPI I saw...You saw...We saw... Warsaw, and then again next two nails in Essie mint Candy Apple. I've decorated the white, the dark blue nail and the one on the thumb.
I've made small polka dots with dark blue OPI I saw...You saw...We saw...Warssaw with a dotting tool on the white nail. I used some glitter from OPI glitter nailpolish from Eurocentrale collection.

Last step-I made small white polka dots on the thumb. The design is finished. It was easy, but looks really cute on the nails.

You can try this for your first day of school, if you're still on your holidays.

Have fun!

Depend Gellack REVIEW & ILY DIY Tutorial

Hey!
So, I'm using this Depend Gellack for almost a year now and I have to say that's it's amazing. The price is not to high(I even got the starting kit on 20% sale so I paid under 40eur for the UV light, before/after cleanser anf topcoat and basecoat) and the quality is the best. Every colored polish is 6,99eur which is a normal price for a gellack. Once I make the manicure, it lasts for three weeks without any problems, even though I normally change the color every two weeks.

Today, I'm going to show you how to do an easy look for all girls that are in love this summer.

"I LOVE YOU" DIY Tutorial(made on the model):
Step 1: After cleaning your nails with alcohol, before/after cleanser or nail polish remover, you have to apply base coat, just a thin layer. Be sure it covers the whole nail.
Mid-step: After applying every coat, you have to put your nails under the light for 30 seconds. The light is plugged in, so you don't have to buy batteries all the time. the light also has 30  and 60 second timer and it turns off automatic.
Step: You paint all your nails in pink(color Pink Panther), except the ring finger. Paint the ring finger with white(color Frenc white). You should probably do the double coat, especially on the ring finger. After every coat, put the fingers under the UV light.
Step 3: Find three different shades of pink and a dotting tool. Make a heart shape with little dotts on the ring finger. Put the finger under the UV light.
Step 4: Paint the tip of the middle finger and the moon of the little finger with silver glitter. Put the finger under the UV light and paint again. Put the finger under the light again.
Step 5: Take white and black nail polish and a thin brush. Do a nonsymetric cross. Put finger under the light.
Step 6: Clean the thumb and apply a base coat. Put the thumb under the light. You have to do first other fingers and then thumb, not all at the same time, because you can't put all of the fingers under the light a

Step 7: Apply silver glitter on the thumb. Do a double coat for better coverage. Put finger under the light.
Step 8: Apply topcoat to all the nails(other fingers before the thumb) and put fingers under the light.
Clean your nails with alcohol, before/after cleanser ot nail polish remover. Use cuticle oil or oily hand cream after the use of cleanser, alcohol or nail polish remover. The look is finished. Hearts are cute, pink-white-silver combination is fabulous and everybody will adore your nails.

Thanks to the model for the help. :*

DIY Tutorial-Classy Leopard

Hi!
Finally, a tutorial for nails on fingers. It's a little bit difficult, classy and fabulous!

I was using:
-Depend foundation ridge filler
-OPI Sweet heart (12,99eur in Müller)
-Essie Watermelon (9,99eur in Dm)
-Vollare gold glitter
-Vollare black
-Loreal top coat from Loreal Duo
-Dotting tool(ebay.de)
-Brush

CLASSY LEOPARD in 9 steps:

Step 1: As always, first we have to prepare the nails for the polish, cut them and remove the cuticle.
Step 2: A thin layer of Depend foundation ridge filler instead of normal top coat on the fingers.
Step 3: Firstly, I painted all of my nails with OPI Sweet Heart, my top nude nail polish. Lately, I removed the color on some of them and changed it(with Ebelin Professional Nagellack-entferner with sponge, my favourite nail polish remover).
Step 4: On the thumb I removed the OPI and placed normal office tape over half of the nail. I painted the other half with Essie Watermelon, summer hit nail polish.
Step 5: On one finger, I make small not round dots with Essie and dotting tool. I have many different sizes of dotting tools and I used this one both sided(bigger side now and smaller side later). If you don't have a dotting tool you can also use a bobby pin.
Step 6: A frenc manicure golden tip on the middle finger. I used golden glitter and a very thin brush.
Step 7: Now it's time for smaller side of the dotting tool. Try to draw non-perfect lines around the dark pink dots.
Step 8: When thumb is dry, remove the tape and paint the other half with OPI. When both sides are completely dry, draw a thin line with black nail polish in the middle of the nail, where the colors are touching(it can cover the mistakes).
Step 9: Last step is always top coat! I didn't like the design on the little finger, so I changed it later to normal Essie Watermelon.

Finished look: Classy and fabulous Leopard designed nails. Shades of pink combined with gold-classy, but still enough girly.

"Blue lagoon" nail art

Hi everybody!

This summer was all about cocktails for me, so I've decided to do a tutorial for "Blue lagoon cocktail" nails. It's very easy, blue ombre art.

I was using:
-Depend ridge filler(review in last post)
-H&M Blue (0,95eur in H&M)
-OPI I saw... U saw...We saw... Warsaw (12,99eur in Müller)
-KIKO #28221 (4,99eur in Kiko-Italy)
-Smart girls get more #59 (12kn in farmacy in Croatia)
-Essie Mint candy apple (9,99 in Dm)
-Loreal top coat from Loreal Duo

"BLUE LAGOON" in 8 easy steps:

Step 1: Just like always, step one is preparing nails for nail polish, shortening and removing cuticle.
Step 2: I'm using ridge filler as a base coat. Ridgy nails are now smooth an d ready for colored nail polish.
Step 3: Double coat of the darkest shade on the smallest nail. I'm helping myself with dotting tool because my nail is really small and I don't was and nail polish on the cuticle around.
Step 4: Double coat of a little lighter but still very dark shade. No need for dotting tool anymore for me.
Step 5: Medium light shade for middle finger, again double coat for brighter color and coverage.
Step 6: Already very light shade of blue. Three coats here, because of opacity of the colored nail polish.
Step 7: Last colored step, double coat of the lightest shade, already a turquoise color.
Step 8: First time using and I have to say that it's great. Top coat from Loreal, looks pink colored but it doesn't have color when applied on the nail. Very impressed.
Finished look: Ombre nails in blue shades, perfect for summer flip-flops. I'm obsessed with Ipanema flip-flops this summer and I have one especially for this "Blue lagoon nails in white-turquoise combination.
